Gerald is in love with his best friend Paul, and he’s finally realized that he has to tell him. As much as rejection would hurt, he can’t go on pretending he doesn’t have these feelings. He plans a camping trip so he can tell Paul how he feels away from the pressures of society and their other friends. He believes that Paul could one day feel the same way about him, but Paul has to give Gerald a chance first. When the friends stumble across two other male campers having sex, it’s obvious Paul is aroused. Gerald acts in that moment, and his decision changes their relationship forever.
