Cinnamon by Abigail Webster
When Colin's computer crashes as he is attempting to write up a bid proposal at his home office, he decides to finish his work on his wife's computer, only to discover she has her computer password protected. He can't understand why she would do that, especially since they were the only two living in their home. Colin forgets all about the bid proposal, determined to find out what his pretty little wife is hiding from him. After only a few tries, he found her password, and the minute he logged on, her IM opened and three different men started addressing her as 'Cinnamon' and threatening to spank her!

Colin was angry, but even more than angry, he was scared out of his mind when he discovered that his too trusting wife was planning to meet with a stranger in a hotel room in the City to allow him to spank her! Colin hadn't put a hand to her sweet rear since before their youngest was born, and that was for drinking too much at a friend's house and driving home with their ten month old son in the car, but he immediately decided his wife needed a firm hand, and she was going to get one until he was convinced she was truly sorry and would never play the role of a brat named Cinnamon again!
