Lucy Roswell is a plus-size girl working as an Administration Assistant for Lambert Enterprises. She has low self-esteem and has put up defenses around her heart to prevent her from being hurt by men.

But when Blake Lambert, the company's billionaire CEO, chooses Lucy from among her colleagues for a special assignment her life is about to change.

First there's the 'interview' which takes place over Lambert's desk. Then, after he confides to Lucy that he prefes large women over the supermodels seen hanging off his arm in the media, he whisks her off to his villa in Spain to perform her special duties.

And at his Villa Paradiso - the billionaire's paradise - Lucy performs a special service for her boss which leaves her wondering how much of this is duty and how much is real.
