Lucy Rides West

Lucy couldn't be more excited to be leaving her old world behind and heading out west. Plantation life in Virginia had bored her to tears. She had always known she didn't belong with those pretentious, backstabbing girls her mother always insisted she socialize with. But when her Pappy had brought that hideous Thomas Toolittle around as her declared suitor, it had just been the last straw for Lucy.

So, at the prime old age of 19, Lucy had packed her bag with some clothes, food, and a stolen purse of silver and headed for The Wild West, where her family would never be able to find her and she could finally have some adventures that she had always been craving.
