Gabriel Santangelo knows his way around a hospital emergency room and stitches Mike up after admitting he doesn’t actually work there. Because Mike has a concussion and lives alone, Gabe invites Mike up to his foster daughter’s hospital room. Sitting with Gabe and little Mia, Mike wonders whether the blow to his head was worse than he thought, or if Gabe is really an angel.
