Captured in Time: A time travel romance
Stephanie Green
*R+
April has always gone her own way, lived by her own rules and didn’t really believe in fate or destiny. She is an only child and her parent’s treated her like she was a piece of luggage, taking her all over the world at a moment’s notice. She’s a bit brazen, doesn’t take crap from anyone and her decision to go away to university 1000 miles from home was not met in kind. She lives in Washington, DC in a small brownstone with a roommate that she finds obtrusive. She’s walking to university, when she hears an anguished cry coming from one of the houses in Georgetown. She investigates and finds a man screaming inside his basement. She goes in and sees that he is unconscious and unresponsive. She calls 911 and while waiting, a black hole begins to form inside the man. Before she knows it, she is transported 20 years into the future. What she thought about faking destiny was going to change dramatically.
