Prince Zale is a dragon shifter. His parents are king and queen of the land of Neria, a beautiful and prosperous place. His family is seen as saviors to mankind.
Princess Sipriana is a human from the land of Eres. She is self-sufficient and humble. She carries a particular dislike for dragons, as she believes they are nothing but harbingers of destruction.
When Sipriana is forced to travel to Neria to stay with the dragon royal family, a vicious attack from a black dragon causes her to seek the prince’s protection. After a short time, Sipriana finds herself falling deeply for the prince. All goes well until the dragon returns, this time successful in stealing Sipriana away. Determined and courageous, Zale embarks on a swift and airborne journey to save Sipriana and hope to bring an end to the fear that the black dragons have struck in the hearts of humans.
