You, Me, and Death Makes Three: Death and The Vampire by Ray Watkins
The Sequel is here, and it's everything you hoped it would be.

Follow DD and the others through another rib aching paranormal romantic comedy as she and the others try to survive the rest of their time spent in Florida. Furries, evil Fairies, and dating is the least of her problems.

The Darkness is here, and nobody is safe.

They've been keeping vampires, werewolves, and all other things that go bump in the night secret for centuries. They are vicious, evil, and they have set their sites on us. I'm just a chubby girl trying to get an occasional date, and have as close to a normal life as possible when you live with a sociopathic vampire, a lesbian werewolf and her cheerleaderesque girlfriend, a slutty ghost nun, a goth witch, and of course the horseman Death. Is that too much to ask?

Apparently it is because The Darkness doesn't leave survivors...they leave examples.

This book was originally last half of The Midnight Squad The Ties That Bind but it was broken down into two books due to complaints about story length.
