Ava Kern knows there’s something about Della LaCroix that just isn’t right. The woman apparently hates Ava on sight, but Della is an intriguing mystery to Ava. Determined to get to the bottom of the mystery, Ava agrees to help Della. Della needs help fundraising for her charity and dreads having to work with Ava but knows she’s the best person for the job.
