Set in a totalitarian, modern, fantasy world.

After a series of unfortunate events, a teenage girl finds her self thrown into prison for life, under the strict peace laws of a cruel leader.

The king's corrupt justice system sees inmates either wither away in a vile penitentiary or volunteer to enter his amphitheatre: a secluded island where contenders fight to the death in a free-for-all battle. Broadcast nationwide on a television set near you!

Every islander put in a body-bag is one Justice Point up the ladder and closer to victory. Not so easy – and even less so when many of the humans and elves of our world have been born blessed with magical abilities. Our heroine, it would seem – missed out on those. Hell bent on freedom she signs up for her chance to join the slaughter and try to go home anyway.

Meanwhile a mysterious teenage boy catches her eye through the fence in the prison yard. He is incredibly strong, seriously gorgeous, and not so average when it comes to superhuman powers. But there's a huge dilemma – she knows his face well after it was plastered all over the national news, when he single-handedly slaughtered five innocent men in her small town.

She's falling for a psycho criminal.

She's running for her life.

And she's surrounded by warriors, (and scared honest citizens – like herself) out to score a point off of her brutal death.

SHADOW'S KISS. Blood. Lust & Magic is: Haemorrhaging thick red blood. Injected with an overdose of lust. And unwillingly barricaded in a dark kingdom of magic.
