This story is about two young women finding their way in the world, while discovering their love for one another. After a first encounter during high school, Kenzie somehow managed to stay clear of Devin. But when their paths meet for a second time just before the end of their senior year Kenzie is left feeling hurt and betrayed. When school ends Kenzie leaves her small home town without a backward glance. It isn't until a year and a half later that their paths cross yet again.
