A band of crazed monk-mercenaries have taken over the old Boy Scout camp just downriver from Barbara Stark’s lake home and named it “Camp Soul”. They’re terrorizing the churches and townspeople of Duncan, Tennessee. No one knows what their intent is, but Chief of Police Walter Chandler is on the case.

The monk-mercenaries of Camp Soul seem to have a special interest in psychologist Barb Stark. When their interest in Stark escalates into life-threatening violence, it sends Barb Stark and Walter Chandler into a battle of wits and wills with Camp Soul – and each other.
