Texas Sizzle by Mary Tate Engels
TEXAS SIZZLE
Love with a younger man - sizzle! And that ain't no bull!
Kathryn Coleman, former Delaware socialite and trophy wife, is still grieving her husband's untimely death when the bills from his secret gambling start rolling in. Consumed with anger and self-pity, she sells out and heads for Texas and independence.
She's only here until she can sell the old ranch house from her husband's estate. There's no way she will stick around a small Texas town where they take barbeque seriously and drink beer from a can. She likes Pinot Noir, thank you.
Although she has other potential love interests, she falls for a younger man and her love life sizzles. Larger-than-life football hero, Max Logan arouses her desire for love and life. He teaches her the joys of passion along with country music and fishing and hanging out with "friends in low places." Hell yeah!
Max is a man with a heart as big as Texas, and the money to control his world, so he thinks. But he discovers his power and wealth can't buy everything, including his brother's health and Kathryn's love.
When the harsh realities of life get in the way, can they find love everlasting? Or will they go their separate ways, still longing for love?
