Werewolf Hunter 4:: Hell Breaks Loose by Tina K. Smith
Back home after their first movie together wraps up filming, Sandy turns her attention to her second job as Inspector Badass. Within minutes of getting back to town, Sandy is called upon to rescue a baby girl being held hostage by her father, doing so in a way that only Inspector Badass could pull off, to the cheers and applause of a crowd that gathered to watch.

Feeling jealous of the attention that the other cops show to his wife, Garrett tries to make his presence known amongst the detectives. While accompanying Sandy on a horseback ride to the station, unusual events prompt him to be Sandy’s spur-of-the-moment partner to stop alarming situations from becoming worse. After those events, an argument with Mitch leads to Sandy being fired, so when the mayor learns that Mitch just fired the ticket to his re-election, the mayor is furious. Mitch quickly learns how much power Sandy has in her adopted hometown. As a result of everything that happened, Sandy re-evaluates what she wants in life and makes a big decision about her partnership with Garrett, which surprises everyone.

Instead of a long-awaited honeymoon trip to a tropical island, Sandy and Garrett are led to Croatia on a large-scale werewolf hunt, to be combined with training Croatian cops. Marianne joins the Carringtons on this epic trip to Croatia since she knows all of the werewolves being targeted and she wants to settle a debt. In their first 24 hours in Zagreb, Sandy kills three people in two separate, highly publicized and highly intense close calls where Sandy herself was the intended target. Against Garrett’s wishes, Sandy takes a job which had been offered to her - the Chief of Police in Zagreb. She makes massive changes to the police force. On her agenda: Get rid of the mayor, get rid of several dirty cops, promote someone else to her job, and promote female police officers to an all-female unit of detectives who have a very special objective.

The Croatian werewolf hunt goes wildly off-script when Marianne changes things up drastically without Sandy and Garrett’s knowledge, and Garrett ends up rescuing Marianne from the consequences of incredibly poor judgment. Feeling the need to redeem herself, the hunt goes even further off-script when Marianne takes matters into her own hands yet again. Marianne also finds herself in an unsettling but intriguing position when the top cop in Zagreb begs her to leave Mitch for him, or at least have an affair with him during the short time she would be in Croatia.

Filled with upbeat dialogue, humor, private romantic moments together, and dangerous events that take Sandy and Garrett to the extreme, “Werewolf Hunter 4: Hell Breaks Loose” will be hard to top!
