1501 Parcher Place by J.J. Franck
Years ago, Trish Morgan did a senior term paper on the house at 1501 Parcher Place. It was the home of a prominent family in town. She had always been intrigued by the rumors about a family in turmoil and most of all the mansion they lived in.

When she moved back to town with her son, Josh, after a breakup of her marriage, she jumped at the chance to purchase the house when she saw it was on the market. Once she and her son move into the old mansion, she soon learns that they aren't the only occupants of the house.

It is after Trish discovers an old journal in the attic that she tries to uncover the mystery of Robert Parcher's untimely disappearance years earlier.
