Life has gone on since Christian last stepped into the woods four years ago. She and Tony are engaged. A new neighbor vacates the previously empty Gallagher house. Perhaps the biggest change is her attitude towards the woods that she avoided.
There is a longing she feels towards the woods that she knows nobody will understand…until someone does. When Christian and her new neighbor venture in the woods together, they take trails that shouldn’t be taken and go where they shouldn’t go.
