Karen's Affair

DANGEROUS ROMANCE

This is the story of a relationship that ends very badly, like a disastrous train wreck, damaging the lives of those directly involved and causing major collateral damage to their nearest and dearest.
Karen and Amber work together in Paddington, London. Amber is single and in love with her colleague, Richard; Karen is married and has a teenage daughter. The two women are good friends until Karen embarks on an extra-marital affair and Amber tries to persuade her to end it. A violent incident all but destroys Amber’s life as she becomes the first casualty of Karen’s illicit liaison.
When Karen’s marriage inevitably folds and she moves in with her lover, she becomes estranged from her daughter, Molly. Eventually, Molly relents and agrees to meet her mother’s partner. The meeting is explosive and Karen’s affair derails. As her life lies in tatters, her all-consuming rage impels her to take deadly revenge on her ex-lover.
