THE CHEAPSKATE TWINS by Donald W. Desaulniers
This is a romantic novel dealing with two older brothers who are utter cheapskates.
Pervin Mann, 67, is a retired lawyer who lives in a luxury waterfront condominium with his twin brother, Mervin who is a retired school principal.
Both men are divorced and fanatically frugal.
They compete over everything but mostly about which one can spend less money in any given year.
The brothers embark on a budget driving trip to Las Vegas via a meandering southern route in order to escape the harsh Canadian winter.
The prospect of romance unexpectedly enters each of their lives and provides them with one last chance at love.
Will the brothers ever learn that women abhor cheapskates?
