Match by Lea Hart
This is a collection of short stories about the couples who didn’t have a chance to have their story told in the first four books of the Coronado Series.
The first one is about Ed and Amelia. The story takes place during Snatched. You might remember the night that Birdie and Rory got drunk and decided that the men of SAI needed their help. Well…Ed was the first victim and Birdie’s first successful match. Needless to say, this first victory provided the fuel she needed to continue her mission of making sure that every person she knew had a chance at the type of happiness that she found with Mark.
The second one is about Derick and Gracie. The story takes place during Attached. Initially, Birdie had tried to set David up with Gracie, but the timing never worked out for them. It turned out that Gracie needed someone to protect her and Birdie decided that Derick was a good man for the job. It wasn’t obvious to anyone what Birdie was up to and we like to keep that way. Derick’s a proud, stubborn man and he doesn’t need to know that fate had a little nudge in helping him find Gracie.
The third one is about Laird and Lexi. The story starts during Attached when Laird helps Lexi out when her car breaks down. But it isn’t until Catch that we see them have a chance at love. I created this couple because I wanted to introduce a character with special needs. My youngest daughter has Down syndrome and I want readers to have the opportunity to see that she is more like her typical peers than different. Plus, Laird and Lexi deserved an amazing story. It’s going to be fun to watch Bella and Sofia run the show later on. I wonder what kind of shenanigans the two of them will get involved with?
The fourth one is about Frank and Catalina. The story started during Snatched and continued through Attached and Catch. They had to work for their happily ever after, and seeing them achieve it is awesome.
The fifth one is about David and Jane. It’s taken a lot for David to discover who he’s meant to be with and it’s definitely worth the wait. Sometimes the person who you’re looking for is right under your nose. This story also answers the burning question…does David find someone who will make him cookies?

I hope you enjoy the collection.
