Jennifer didn’t even want to go to the stupid wedding. She had studying to do anyhow. And who was this rich guy that had swooped in and swept her mother off her feet in record time anyhow? She figured she would just have to suck it up, grin and bear it, like she always did. God, but it was torture to be around all those stuck up society people…until she met Charles, that is. He was as rich as the rest, but he wore the money effortlessly, and more to the point, their physical attraction had been the most intensely powerful, magnetic and immediate she had ever experienced.
