Torie takes an appraising job in Vero Beach. On the way there, a psychic vision tells her there are armed men inside the house and the man who hired her has been beaten. Quinn, the man’s nephew, has already called the police. The intruders are captured and Torie finds a mysterious message in blood on his uncle’s sheet.
