A Dawson Love Affair: Mega and Passion's Story by Shanny
Meet twenty-six-year old Jarmell “Mega” Thomas. He’s in the streets hard, trying to handle his business. Business always comes first in Mega’s life, and he lets nothing or no one come before his money. He has been in a relationship for five years with his twenty-three-year-old fiancé, CaLori “Coco” Williams, but things aren’t the same. He’s only trying to hold on to her because of their three-year-old son.
At one point, Mega was madly in love with CaLori, but she slowly changed. She was there for him when he had nothing, and now he has made it big, he wants nothing more than to take her to the top with him. With all that’s going on in his life, his past is slowly following him, and all the things he thought he had under control are getting out of hand.
When Mega’s High school sweetheart, Ree’Untae, magically shows back up in the city and gives him the shock of his life, he becomes mad at the world. However, it’s done now, and all he can do is roll with the punches. He’s now stuck trying to rekindle his love for her or just do what he must do as a man and keep things the way they are.

Chyna “Passion” Watson has some things she’s dealing with on her own. She’s eighteen-years-old, and she’s having a hard time finding herself. Dealing with her mother and the abuse from her step father has become too much for her to bear. She has no choice but to stay until she gets on her feet and able to do things on her own. She has nothing but her younger sister and she’s afraid she’ll go through the same thing she has gone through. She’s not only having to take on the mother role, she’s having to deal with whether she wants to love, be loved or both. So, she tries to strive for better with the help of Mega.
