Jane shook her head. “Makes you sound like a toy,” she said with a chuckle. “The world is definitely a new place and changing all the time.” She turned her gaze back to Susanna, as she began to pull the lotions out of the box. “And I take it you stayed?”

Susanna rested her hands on the edge of the box. “I did. Is that weird?”

“In today’s world, there is no such thing as weird when it comes to relationships. You just have to find what works for you and go for it. Two men pining away for you and lavishing you with gifts and love and affection… What woman wouldn’t want that?” She winked at Susanna, offering her a smile.

“Thanks. I was afraid you were going to think I was weird or some sort of slut or something.”

Jane waved off the notion. “Nah. If it’s what you want and everyone is in agreement, then I say go for it. Who’s to judge what’s right for another person?”

Susanna reached out and squeezed Jane’s arm. “Thank you. I really needed to hear that.”

Jane placed her hand on Susanna’s and returned the squeeze. “We all have to live our life the way we think is best. Don’t let anyone tell you differently or shame you for making your choices.”

Find out what happens to Susanna Tawnie once Santa gives her everything she wanted for Christmas.
