Welcome to Pendleton, Massachusetts, the home of Saint Walstan's College. It is also home to the Elder, an ancient race of witches, vampires, druids, and werecows. For hundreds of years they have lived peacefully among us, having kept their numbers small and their existence a secret—but that is about to change. Enter Gretl Lang, a senior at Saint Walstan's. Studious and beautiful, she finds herself drawn into this secret society when busty freshman Annabeth Davis, angered at being denied membership to the incongruously flat-chested Delta Mu sorority, turns her into a sister werecow on the eve of the full moon. When Gretl awakens the following morning, she is shocked to discover her bosom steadily outgrowing her bras, and her perfectly ordered life growing increasingly out of control.
