Love's Forbidden Secret

Treasure has always had a hard life, but when her father is diagnosed with cancer, it takes a turn for the worse. Treasure must resort to becoming an informant for the FBI in order to keep a roof over her and her little brother’s heads. She’s offered a case to get close to Shreveport’s most notorious kingpin in order to get the Feds enough evidence to lock him up, but it’s easier said than done.

Qasim “Que” Jones is a ruthless, cutthroat drug lord in Northwest Louisiana. He handles his business as secretly as possible, so one would never see him in the streets, but that doesn’t stop the people in his city from hearing about him and his savage ways. He is respected, yet feared at the same time. He has his share of ladies but doesn’t want to settle down anytime soon.

Treasure and Que encounter each other frequently but never so much as speak. When Que finally let’s Treasure into his small circle, she immediately sees a different person than what’s she’s been told. When the FBI starts to see the chemistry between the two, will they be able to convince Treasure to not fall for her target? Will Treasure get through her mission without compromising herself? Or will Que already have her wrapped around his finger before she can catch herself?
