Island Fling

Matthew Lomax is in love. Or was five years ago. Her name was Rachel, the girl he met on a lads holiday to The Canaries, and has been looking for ever since. “This time next year” she said, and he had revisited the island every year since in the futile hope that she would honour that promise. She hadn't, and his determination to find her increased with every passing year, but… There was someone else who had fascinated him also: his secretary, Gemma.

He decided to give Rachel one last chance before finally giving up the ghost, and in a fit of madness asked the lads to join him on holiday again, plus their wives, girlfriends and families. And Gemma of course. Why not? There was nothing strange about friends holidaying together. If Rachel turned up, great! If she didn't, well there was always Gemma. Wasn't there?
