Tempestuous Entanglements: The Beginning by Yolanda Dumas
Lovely Stewart is a young beautiful black woman who's very headstrong and taking charge of her life or so she thinks. Having two diverse men competing for her affection she finds herself involved in a tempestuous entanglement. Marcus "Doughboy" Atkins, a street pharmacist, wants to be the first and only lover. But he has a disgraceful secret that may keep this romance from ever getting to first base.
Caucasian businessman, Patrick Alcoa fell in love the moment he set eyes on Lovely for the first time. The chemistry between the two is electric. He's convinced they are destined to be together and will do everything in his power to persuade Lovely they are meant to be.

Lovely's best friends, Robin Lipperton, Lesa Bamboo and her cousin, Laria Stewart, are all involved in challenging relationships of there own. An impromptu trip to Atlanta uncovers many secrets as each of these women sort through tempestuous entanglements of their own.
