Elle Anderson owns Connect Me Christian, the website that’s just been chosen as New York’s Dating Site of the Year. She should be thrilled, except her company’s board of directors has given her an ultimatum: connect with a CMC match and bring him to the gala or be fired. According to Elle’s lawyer, Katie Green Legend, unless she can buy up more stock, there isn’t much she can do. Except date like crazy.
After one particularly awful date, she runs into August Legend. Immediately, she’s drawn to him just as she was in high school. He’s even more handsome than she remembered. But she believes it’s his fault her dating life is cursed.
August Legend wants a large family, but it’s hard to trust women when all they want is the Legend name or his trust fund.
