Ethan and Corinthia weren’t prepared for the duties of containing supernatural creatures. However, since they were both kidnapped and sold into slavery, there wasn’t exactly an interview to discuss the job parameters.

When Cori has the opportunity to escape the prison she takes it, leaving Ethan behind to mourn the loss of her companionship. He continues to work hard at the prison, while Cori lives up her new life with her werewolf boyfriend in Paris.

Another of her life’s poetic misfortunes, brings Cori back to the prison, and she finds herself back at square one. Newly motivated by despair, she is determined to make the best of her situation, just like Ethan. Unfortunately her lofty pursuit to win the wardenship steps on more than a few toes.
