Jada Edwards works for an insurance company where she does her job well and is looking at the possibility of becoming a vice president in her division. Jada is known as a smart woman and seems to make all the right decisions, except when it comes to her current sweetheart, Donnell McDaniels, whom she has dated off and on since junior high. Donnell is known as a street hustler and womanizer. He has game in the street and with women, but soon he finds himself falling in love with Jada just when he's promised no woman would capture his heart. Jada wonders if this relationship is worth all the trouble and then she meets Mont, a very successful businessman who is interested in her. Jada, however, won't give Mont the time of day. She struggles with trying to re-dedicate herself to Christ and tries to get on the right path with the help of church mother, Mother Albright. Just when Jada thought she had things all figured out, she is thrown a curve ball that causes her to make a decision that could impact her life.
