Cupid and Penelope by V.S. Nelson
Penelope didn't know what came over her when she kidnapped the human circus clown. All she knew was she had to have him - for what she didn't know. And he is all hers now!
The idea of joining the circus to bring single parents together was the best idea Cupid had in a millenia. The magic potion which once laced his arrows now resides within the balloons he passes out to the children of single parents. Of course, the fumes contained within the balloons doen't affect the children but they sure do the parents. One whiff and presto, one happy couple in love emerges from the circus tent.
