Laurel Barker has every reason to be the happiest wood nymph in Nocturne Falls: She owns a successful business, she lives in a community where she can be herself, and best of all, she’s engaged to marry her soulmate, Deputy Sheriff and bear-shifter, Aiden. Even so, she’s plagued by the thought that something bad is going to happen. When a stranger comes to town and seems to be following her, Laurel is suspicious.
