“Ooh! What about that guy? C’mon, I know you had a thing with jocks. I mean, you have to if you’re willing to put up with their shit. You remember when you hooked up with-?”
“I get it. It’s fine.” He shoved his hands in his pockets. The music pounded against his ears, the strobe lights avoiding the dimly lit bar. A sea of bodies swayed against each other. He looked out at the nightclub, examining anything and everything but the man dancing in front of him.
Only for his ex to saunter up to him, completely and utterly wasted. Before Sam could say anything, his former professor tilted his chin up, and kissed him. His brain short-circuited. Leena was screaming, and in that moment, all hell broke loose.
