Silver loved her sister Alivia, at times she envied her free spirit and reckless behavior, yet most of the time they were at odds, due to Alivia’s free spirit and reckless behavior. When Alivia finds their grandfather's journal in the attic and reads about a magical goblet that could grant the young witch double powers, she seeks to find the cup. In her quest she awakens an adversary who is willing to kill anyone to gain the power from the magical goblet.

Silver, quiet and organized life becomes everything but when Alivia is kidnapped. It is up to Silver to find her sister, the goblet and the one responsible for the threats against her family. She must use her powers, the powers she’s tried to contain to lead a normal life. To save her sister Silver must receive help from The Watch: A powerful organization that rules the witches of New York City. The Watch is the judge, jury and executioner of the witch's underworld, which is run by three powerful warlocks, Granger, Rosemond and the youngest and most dangerous, Maverick.

Maverick, the leader of the Manhattan chapter of The Watch is on the hunt for the person or persons trying to take over his territory and who is seeking the magical goblet that may or may not exist. Maverick is more concerned with the interlopers audacity to try to take over his territory than he is in the fantasy magical cup. He reigns with an iron fist and has little tolerance for those who oppose him.

Silver and Maverick realize they need each other to solve the mystery that has linked the two of them together. When Silver’s proposition peeks Maverick curiosity, he takes her up on her offer, and more. The magic between the two are stronger than either care to admit and together they prove to be a force to be reckoned with.
This interracial paranormal bewitching tale is full of intrigue, mystery, romance, magic and steamy hot sexy page turners.
