The Wedding Bet: Lauren by Barbara James
What if the hottest and most eligible guy you’ve ever met makes you an offer you can't refuse?
College student Lauren Boucher was happy to be a bridesmaid at her friend Annelise Perigault’s wedding. Her partner, groomsman Don Lamoreaux, was too hot for words, but she wasn't interested, because she knew he had a roving eye.
Although he asks her out, she puts him off by saying she’s only interested in dating seriously, and as a conservative Catholic, she won't have sex outside of marriage.
Don admits that he has been quite the player, but he’s open to dating a different type of young woman.
So he calls her bluff. "Date me for six months. If all goes well, we'll get married. I'm dead serious. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain."
Lauren is too shocked for words, but all that means is the game is on.

This is a sweet and sensuous romance novel, with frank discussions of sexuality and one closed door sex scene between the couple once they are married.
This book can be read as a standalone or as part of the series. It takes place in the year between Starting Over: Rick and Going Home: Roger.
