Cassie Hunt finally feels that she is in a transitional time after a lifetime of waiting. She has devoted her life to others; ignoring her own wants and needs. The mother of two has reached a stage where freedom awaits her and choices can be made. Her waiting game is over; but what will she do?
As Cassie considers her options, she decides to start with a little break away from home. Travelling down to Cornwall for a week in a luxurious cabin, she is reminded of all the holidays she experienced as a child and also with her own family and children.
At ‘Hunter’s Moon’ holiday park, Cassie is enjoying the peaceful, sleepy surroundings when an unexpected problem arises. With no-one around to help her, she seeks help from reception in dealing with the huge spider lurking in the bathtub in the bathroom. Alex Hunter, owner of Hunter’s Moon holiday park, thinks the whole situation is laughable. Willingly running to the aid of Cassie and her precarious situation, the women begin sharing their life stories. They find commonalities which neither expected and a physical awareness of each other which is undeniable. As they spend Cassie’s holiday week together, Cassie realises that her wait is over. A new life is on offer for her; the question is-will she accept? Find out in…The Waiting Game.
