Barefoot & Pregnant
by S. Cinders
Never in a million years would seventeen-year-old Katie imagine trying to attend her Junior year of high school pregnant. Life had indeed thrown her yet another curveball. Living with her older brother Liam, Katie struggles to figure out just what she wants to do.
The thought of giving up her baby seems unimaginable.
Liam is barely holding on. Being the adult figure in the house has been more than he could have ever bargained for. When his parents passed last year after a hit and run accident he did everything he could to make sure that he and Katie weren't separated.
But now his younger sister is pregnant. She refuses to tell anyone who the father is. Liam knows that having a baby in the house will change everything and he just doesn't know if they are ready for that.
Colten has been a steady presence in the McCannon household his entire life. He knows his best friend Liam is struggling as well as Katie for their separate reasons.
But Colten has his own feelings to deal with. It almost killed him when Katie turned up pregnant. His feelings for her have gone in a decidedly non-sisterly fashion. What happens when Liam finds out and will Katie ever feel that way about him?
And the most important question. Is ready to be a father at nineteen?
