A Heartfelt Holiday

Miranda is feeling anything but festive this holiday season. Her beloved grandmother is residing in a nursing facility due to ailing health. Next door to Miranda’s childhood home, a tree farm and holiday destination, is open for the season. Miranda is fed up with the traffic, noise, and disruptions to her life as a result of the daily influx of visitors to the farm.

Jake Sanderson returns to town to help his father run the farm after the older man is injured. Jake and Miranda butt heads. When Jake befriends Miranda’s grandmother and wins her affection via the gift of fudge, Miranda isn’t happy. But in time, she begins to see Jake for the man he is. Kind, loving, devoted…
