The Last Baron by Saber Vale
He lifted a riding crop from the wall and slapped the whip-end into his hand with a tight, loud pop.

I winced, and closed my eyes as I felt a hot blush blossom in my cheeks.

“Stop it,” I said timidly.

Did I want him to stop it?

“Am I making you nervous, Astrid?” he asked, his voice lowered as he stepped towards me, tapping the whip, a rhythmic drum beat, into the palm of his gloved hand.
“No, not at all…” I was nervous, but I was something else, too.
I felt warm, almost dizzy.
“I think you like it,” he replied, arching an eyebrow.

When Astrid travels to a remote Bavarian village to live in a castle she's just inherited, she doesn't expect to have to share it with a step-brother, Cormac Spalding, she's never met. When he has wildly different plans for the historic family estate, it doesn't seem possible for them both to live their in peace.

When they uncover a nearly century-old mystery involving an ill-fated BDSM ménage à trois, their fighting is put on hold as they look for the truth of a young woman's terrible fate in the castle's dungeon.

This book contains passages with explicit language and steamy M/F and M/F/F encounters.
