Tangled: A Contemporary Romance Trilogy by Dee Bridgnorth
When friends, family, work, and romance all get tangled together, the sparks are more like a firebomb.

Book 1
Lena is determined to make sure that everyone knows her position as an administrative assistant with an upscale real estate firm in St. Louis, Missouri has nothing to do with being a secretary. Answering phones does not make her the coffee girl. And it doesn’t make her wear short skirts to kiss up to the boss either. Not that he seems to realize that. Between Lena’s married cheating boss and her cheating ex boyfriend, she’s sick and tired of men.

Cue the appearance of handsome, rich Damion Alvarez who is searching for a new house to buy. The guy is weird, as in he refuses to work with a female real estate agent, which leaves her boss his only option. Then Damion overhears a super awkward phone call between Lena and her stalker ex and suddenly Damion and Lena are chatting like old pals about their horrible stalker experiences. Of course, who knew that a girl chatting it up with a guy would create a maelstrom of jealousy from both exes that defies the limits of reality.

Book 2
Kevin Landau is driven, successful, driven by success, whatever. He loves his job at a Kansas City IT recruiting firm because it is fast paced and pays on commission. Kevin is at the top of his game, which is probably why his bosses are so excited to announce their acquisition of another office—in St. Louis. Kevin is all smiles until he is informed that he’s the one who will be sent ahead to oversee the merger.

Kevin hates St. Louis. He moved away after his fiancée left him at the altar ten years ago. Sure. They were young. But going back was never in his plan. Then a quick look through employee files provides Kevin with a shock. His former fiancée Eleanor Schulte is a manager at the St. Louis firm he’s all set to take over. Time to get hostile. Except nobody can push Kevin’s buttons like Eleanor. At first, he figures she’s the same old control freak. Then Kevin realizes that while some things never change, other things will never be the same.

Book 3
Tansy Economides is Greek and her parents will never let her forget it. Tansy doesn’t want to run a restaurant. She wants to sell real estate. She loves it. Most days. Other days she wants to murder her clients and bury their bodies in the backyards of their listings. But when a slight hiccup in her sales makes her parents step up their matchmaking efforts, Tansy realizes she has to up her game. Now it’s a race against time and Tansy is determined to find a fiancé before her parents find one for her.

Unfortunately for Tansy, no real estate agent is going to find a sale or a date when their car smells like a locker room. There’s something funny going on with Tansy’s mechanic, but that’s just fine with Tansy. Valentino Alvarez will make a perfect bachelor number one. Too bad Valentino is nursing a broken heart over a decade in the making. But Tansy is determined and desperate. She will need all that and more to convince Valentino that he’s ready to fall in love again.
