Between Friends by Stephanie Morris
Fallon Jackson has wanted to be a physical therapist for as long as she can remember. Unfortunately because of all of the rich, spoiled patients she’s had to put up with, she’s burnt out. She’s decided to move back to her hometown to be closer to her family and friends. Her plan is to relax and catch up on her rest. Unfortunately things don’t go as she planned. Upon her arrival, her friend, Brock Huntington, is injured in a freak accident and needs her help to heal. The idea of having to work so closely with him sends her into a tailspin. She and Brock have a history. They’ve been friends since the age of five and she’s kept a secret from him. It’s a secret that could rock the foundation of their friendship. She’s in love with him.

Brock Huntington feels like he’s having the worst luck in the world lately. His mother is an awful meddlesome match-maker with a knack of setting him up with dates from hell. It only gets worse when his horse training session goes awry and he ends up in the hospital. To top it all off he’s told his new physical therapist is Fallon Jackson, his childhood friend and the woman he’s secretly been in love with for years. He didn’t even know she was back in town. But now that he does he doesn't plan to let her go.
