After being transformed into a vampire against his will, Gabriel struggled to find balance in his life between what he was and who he wanted to be. Fate brought Karl into his life, before cruelly snatching him way, forcing him to abandon the vampire he’d sired.

He was forced to spend years imprisoned, wondering what happened to the fledgling vampire he’d been forced to leave behind.

Upon gaining freedom, his first thought was to reunite with Karl. What he never expected was to find was a human who not only carried his lost childe’s scent, but also intrigued and captivated him, making him forget, even if for a night, the pain and torment of his past.
