Ayana, who was an editor by profession; was on cloud nine when the bestselling author and her Godmother Shanaya Kumar handed her the manuscript of her latest novel for editing. Little did Ayana know that it would be her last one as Shanaya was found hanging in her house the next morning. During the interrogation, Ayana became smitten by the charms of ACP Varun Patel – the investigating officer of the Shanaya suicide case. But Varun seemed to be allergic to feminine charms prompting Ayana to keep herself at a safe distance from him.
