Tired and broken-hearted, Lana walked away from her life as a hunter years ago. She also walked away from the woman she loved, Emma. Now, a policewoman in an anonymous town, she lives a comfortable if lonely life, until she realizes that the answer to her last case points her back towards the supernatural.

With a loose werewolf running around town, Lana has enough on her plate. That is, until Emma shows up to interrupt her life and hunt her prey, bringing with her old feelings and a whole lot of baggage.
