It is first a love story; Tim and Sarah discover an immediate connection and, eventually, love as they navigate through life’s storms—a bitchy ex-wife, an obnoxious lying former boyfriend, a brother with a pregnant girlfriend, and ultimately Sarah’s murder trial. The trial challenges Tim to account for the subtle inconsistencies in the evidence and to dig into the deceased’s life particularly into his unusual brother. Through all the distractions Tim researches leads and tracks down the evidence that he hopes will convince the jury to acquit Sarah. The trial becomes Tim’s obsession---to save Sarah for the love of Sarah.
