Whatever It Takes: Straight to Gay First Time MM

Awaiting his first semester of college, blonde eighteen year-old Cody is a helping out at his neighbor's real estate office for the summer. With the excitement of Freshman year around the corner, Cody doesn't invest much time or energy into the summer gig; that is, until he lands his first 'commission' from helping his neighbor close on a big purchase. When he realizes the money he can make, Cody starts to put effort into the side gig.

Everything takes a twist, however, when an older man named Charles shows up to look at a swanky downtown condo, he cannot take his eyes off Cody. Cody doesn't consider himself gay, but he can't seem to stop looking at the older man. There is something about Charles, he decides, that he cannot seem to resist.

Next thing the blonde knows, he's willing to do just about anything to make the commission, which would be the biggest he's ever seen. But acting like a tease will only get Cody so far, especially when Charles starts to get hungry for more. Cody doesn't know what to do, or how far he might go. But it's decision time, and his eyes are on dollar signs...
