Mark Decker, second to the Bear shifter’s Chief, embraces what seems to be a trend. The three Shifter groups in the area have always worked together, but now, with his Chief mated to the Cat Queen and the Alpha of the local pack, along with three of his brothers mating a human, word has spread to the various councils.
The councils of the individual Shifter groups are not happy. Cross mating isn’t only frowned upon, it’s against Shifter law.
