The Rebound Bet by Kaylee Spring

My life was perfectly boring. Then I met Nathan.

I can blame it all on Beth for her stupid bet that night. Because of her attempt to cheer me up after another pathetic relationship went south, I ended up propositioning the next guy who walked in the bar. And that guy just happened to be the same one who walked into my backyard last summer, planning to clean out the pool, but instead finding me in the middle of a self-loving session in the pool chair.

Despite this disastrous coincidence, the night somehow leads us back to that very same pool. Only this time, I’m not trying to cover myself up.

It’s bound to be a long, steamy night, but at least we have the water to cool us down.

Spoiler Alert! Ruby and Nathan get off on the idea of a bit of voyeurism, which means there’s pretty much nowhere off limits.

Each Sweet, Sexy Short features a different couple, so The Rebound Bet can be read on its own.

Always a happily ever after. Never a cliffhanger.

Other Sweet, Sexy Shorts Reviews

I enjoyed this story with two likable characters who have more in common than they realize. Grab your copy and enjoy a light-hearted read to bring a smile to your face!

The chemistry between the main characters is out of this freaking world! I felt that the author had the ability to convey some depth to the personalities of the characters bringing life and likability to every person. The writing draws you in and keeps you interested until the end.

This was a super Sweet college romance with an adorable couple who find each other in a series of unfortunate events. I liked their instant attraction but also appreciated how they sweetly became a couple. Low drama with a feel good HFN.

This is the 2nd book I've read written by Kaylee Spring; she has done a great job at writing a good short story; I can’t wait to read more of her books.

It's a sweet story with heat, humor, and tragic events that pull on the heartstrings.

This was a very touching story that definitely brought out the emotions of the reader. It was well-written and the characters were likable and worthy of something good coming into their lives.

Thankfully there is a wonderful Happily Ever After filled with quite a bit of steam as well.

Yes, the story is quick; but it packs a powerful story. Oh! And a love story to boot!

An emotionally deep sweet romance with a compelling and captivating story line! It is a well written, fast pace page-turner that is consistent and well developed
