Benjamin has a flesh and bone disorder that requires an entire head transplant in order for him to survive.

Rumors of an illegal procedure that would save his life have him seeking the doctor who can perform it.

With nothing to lose but a decaying head, Benjamin undergoes the operation and survives. But his success begins to spiral with the smell of his rotting flesh, nightmares that fill him with disturbing urges, and eerie habits that have his wife and son terrified.

Barely holding on to his sanity, Benjamin tries to convince his wife that his problems are more than hallucinations. Together they dig for answers, and the clues they discover lead them to the most disturbing horror of all.
