The Tie That Binds: A Marriage of Convenience Novel by Catharina Maura
The day Alyssa Moriani lost her father is the day she loses everything she holds dear in life. For years she's been training to take over her father's role as CEO, working harder than anyone else in the company to achieve her goals. So when she finds out her father's final wish is for her to marry Daniel Devereaux, his Co-CEO, whatever is left of her heart crumbles. If she refuses, the company she and her father have worked so hard for would fall into the hands of the one person that would burn it to the ground.

She's stuck between a rock and a hard place. After all, marrying Daniel means giving up on her unrequited love for Dominic Devereaux, her best friend.. and Daniel's younger brother. The alternative is losing the company and the future she worked so hard to build.

Why would her father ask her to marry a man that's ten years older than her. A man that's rumoured to have bedded half the city and that's photographed with a different model every weekend. Why would her father push her towards Daniel when he knew that her heart belongs to someone else?

What Alyssa is about to find out is that every once in a while, parents do know best.

Full-length (100k) novel and definitely a HEA. There are a couple of steamy scenes, so this book isn't suitable for a young audience.
